Light Age manufacturers a wide range of industrial laser products. Its industrial laser product line includes its Hot•Spot™ high pulse energy laser system, which is used for spot welding, and hole drilling, and other material processing applications and diagnostics. Our Hot•Spot™ laser system features high pulse energy, high average power, fiber optic delivery and controlled temporal pulse structure that optimizes interaction with materials. These capabilities dramatically improve interaction with materials that are not well processed with older laser technologies, such as Nd:YAG and CO₂. Hot•Spot™ provides pulsed output near 750 nm and at various other wavelengths in the near IR and in the UV.

Light Age provides custom systems for UV and deep UV processing including all solid-state systems with nearly perfect beam quality and narrow and ultra-narrow bandwidth. Systems operating at 248 nm and 193 nm have been used to replace excimer lasers or perform tasks excimers cannot do.

Light Age has developed all solid-state laser systems for state-of-the-art semiconductor and electronic materials processing, enabling the development of advanced semiconductors and photoresists.

Light Age also features a new line of diode-pumped laser products. It offers standard systems at 20 mw cw-UV for applications in CD mastering, confocal microscopy, semi-conductor inspection and other applications requiring advanced, or simply more convenient, UV laser sources. Light Age continues to develop advanced diode-pumped cw-UV laser sources that deliver output powers in the range of 10mw to many watts.
