Light Age, Inc. is a leader in the development and manufacture of tunable solid-state lasers for science, industry and medicine. Light Age, Inc. is located in suburban central New Jersey, approximately 30 minutes north of Princeton, 50 minutes from New York City and 90 minutes from Philadelphia.

Responsibilities

Light Age, Inc. is seeking a Domestic Sales Manager to help meet growing demand for our aesthetic laser systems. We are seeking highly motivated candidates with excellent sales, management, team building and written/verbal communication skills. We seek candidates with established qualifications and proven accomplishments.

The Domestic Sales Manager will report to the VP of Sales & Marketing, establish support and manage a network of reps for aesthetic laser products, selling to Dermatologists and Plastic Surgeons, new account generation, negotiate distributor and representative agreements, and offer general contributions to the sales and marketing department.

Qualifications

A BS degree in Business Administration or equivalent work is desired. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work independently, have strong computer and web development knowledge with a willingness to learn. It is essential that the individual be a team player with at least 3 years experience in marketing and sales. Experience with lasers and associated markets are a plus. Good written and oral communication skills are desirable as are supervisory and computer skills.

Compensation

Starting salary will be commensurate with experience and education level. In addition, Light Age offers benefits that include medical/dental insurance, a 401K plan, and stock option purchase plan. Compensation may be complemented by cash or stock option bonuses based on individual performance and company growth.
